The Habits column displays the habit that is most in demand for improvement over the last rolling quarter (13 weeks) based on results from Health Checks.
When you click on the plus next to "Habits", you get one column for each habit that the Health Check asks teammates to evaluate. The percentage shows the percentage of colleagues from the given row who said either "Prioritize" or "Improve" for the given habit. (The third option is "Maintain", which would indicate that they do not want to improve or prioritize improving the given habit.)
