How is the inclusivity metric calculated?
Inclusivity in the Factor Analytics means the percentage of the organization that has made any change or addition to information in Factor over the past 13 weeks (calculated weekly on a rolling basis). If a person has done any activity that counts toward velocity during that timeframe, then that person is counted toward the inclusivity metric.
