Neel Doshi is the best-selling co-author of Primed to Perform, and co-founder of Factor.ai and Vega Factor. He's spent his career answering one question: why do some organizations perform at the edge of what's possible while others quietly stall?

Neel is an engineer by training and by instinct. An MIT-trained engineer with an MBA from Wharton, he was previously a partner at McKinsey & Company and a founding member of a technology startup — and he brings that rigorous analytical lens to problems most leaders treat as soft.

On stage, Neel turns decades of behavioral science into systems leaders can actually run. He is happiest when a room stops debating whether culture matters and starts arguing about how to build it.
