Nermin Soyalp is an organizational psychologist with extensive experience in HR, leadership development, curriculum design, and coaching. Previously, she was an HR and Operations Director for a software company with offices in the United States, Turkey, Latvia, Germany, Mexico, Australia, and Israel. Later, she designed and implemented leadership development programs for global clients and has done organizational consulting for nonprofit and for-profit companies. She is an expert and a published author in conflict transformation. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Nermin can be seen paddle boarding with her dog Sansa. In her past life, she was a competitive tennis player.
