Nermin Soyalp is an organizational psychologist with extensive experience in HR, leadership development, curriculum design, and coaching. Previously, she was the head of HR and Operations for a global software company. Later, for over a decade, she designed and implemented leadership development programs and has done organizational consulting for nonprofit and for-profit companies. She is an expert and a published author in conflict transformation. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Nermin can be seen paddle boarding with her dog Sansa and exploring arts and music with her daughter Sofia and husband Juan.
