Carolyn Ly-Donovan

Carolyn helps organizations and executive leadership teams improve their operating model. Drawing on her expertise as an organizational and cultural sociologist (Ph.D., Yale University), she is deeply curious and dedicated to helping organizations transform their culture and design. With a range of experience from retail management to the professoriate, Dr. C leads organizational transformation and strategy for clients while helping to develop product innovations for Factor.AI. Having called New York, Connecticut, and South Dakota home, Carolyn has returned to her roots and is based in Minneapolis. She is an avid NFL Vikings fan (ask her about being at the Minneapolis Miracle playoff game).
