Carolyn helps organizations and executive leadership teams improve their operating model. With a range of experience from retail management to the professoriate, Dr. C is deeply curious and dedicated to helping organizations transform their culture and design. Carolyn is an organizational and cultural sociologist by training (B.A., Hunter College, City University of New York, and Ph.D., Yale University). Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and originally from Minneapolis, she is an avid NFL Vikings fan (ask her about being at the Minneapolis Miracle playoff game).
