Carolyn is an organizational and cultural sociologist by training (B.A., Hunter College, City University of New York, and Ph.D., Yale University). Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and originally from Minneapolis, she is an avid NFL Vikings fan (ask her about being at the Minneapolis Miracle playoff game).
