Total motivation - or "tomo" - is a highly predictive measure of team motivation and, ultimately, team adaptability and growth. Based on the Culture Checks, the data shows tomo over the last rolling quarter, 13 weeks (12 weeks + current week).
For each row in the Analytics app, the tomo score shown (if available) is from the most recent Culture Check taken by the team. Note that the most recent may be any time in the past that we are reporting; you'll have to hover over the latest data point in the line chart to see the date.
Line charts show one data point for each Culture Check taken by the team (going back a configured period of time; the default is one year).
