The Habits column displays the habit that is most in demand for improvement over the last rolling quarter (13 weeks) based on results from Culture Checks.

The "Habits" column of the Analytics table in its collapsed state, with a circled plus beside the heading — the control that expands it into one column per habit. Its sub-header is the italic, underlined "Top habit", and the rows below name the habit most in demand for improvement for each row of the table: "Productive team routines (..." and "Well-organized teamwork (...", both truncated by the column width.

When you click on the plus next to "Habits", you get one column for each habit that the Culture Check asks teammates to evaluate. The percentage shows the percentage of colleagues from the given row who said either "Prioritize" or "Improve" for the given habit. (The third option is "Maintain", which would indicate that they do not want to improve or prioritize improving the given habit.)

One row of the Analytics table after the "Habits" column has been expanded, with a column per habit — "Customer centricity", "Clear strategy and goals", "Team norms and belonging", "Well-organized teamwork" and "Compelling roles", each with its own small icon. The figures beneath are 13%, 25%, 25%, 0% and 38%: the share of colleagues in that row who chose "Prioritize" or "Improve" rather than "Maintain". Compelling roles draws the most demand and well-organized teamwork none at all.
