Once invited, you will receive an email from hello@factor.ai containing your personal registration link to Factor. Click the teal “Join Factor” button in your invitation email.

The invitation email a new user receives, headed by the factor logo on a dark bar and the title "Welcome to Factor". The body opens "Hi Marie," and "You have been invited to join Factor along with your teammates!", then offers two links to get started — "1. Introduction: How to make the most of Factor" and "2. Video how-to's: Learn how to manage team motivation and team strategy" — above the teal "Join Factor" button that this step tells you to click. Registration begins in the inbox, not in the product.
