Workspaces and apps can be accessed from the left side panel. The left side panel is a constant view. It is used to navigate between workspaces apps. Find the workspace you want in the alphabetized list, click on that workspace, and then click the app you would like to work in (e.g., News, Boards, Analytics, Skills, Health).
At the top of the left side panel you will see your name. Here you can see the same apps with the exception of Health, as health data is related to workspaces. You will also see a Reminders panel, which you can click on to see cards with upcoming or elapsed start dates and end dates.
