To see all the skills in the catalog, go to the Skills app and click on the All skills tab at the top of the page. In this view, skills are organized first into professions, and underneath those, into skillsets. For example, Communications is organized into Written comms, Verbal comms, and Persuading:

The Skills app on its "All skills" tab, showing the catalogue's two-level structure. A row of professions runs across the top with a skill count under each — CAREER MASTERY 10 skills, TEAM-BASED PERFORMANCE 13, LEADERSHIP 24, COMMUNICATION 13 (selected), CREATIVITY AND ARTISTRY 8, PROBLEM SOLVING 16, ANALYSIS 14, ENGINEERING 23, WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS 16 — and picking one drops down its skillsets: "Written comms" 4 skills (selected, in terracotta), "Verbal comms" 4 skills, "Persuading" 5 skills. Beneath those sit the four Written comms skills as cards — "Writing simple brand-consistent copy", "Writing publishable long-form content", "Communicating through visuals and slides", "Writing publishable short-form content" — each with a truncated description and a "SET SKILL GOAL" button.
